Very disappointing experience with Venum.

I have ordered from Venum several times in the past, so I have enough experience with their products to say that the quality is poor for the prices they charge. This latest order was even worse: I refused delivery and the package was returned to Venum.

The tracking confirms that the package was returned to a warehouse, but I am still waiting for my €63.50 refund. Customer service has been extremely poor and keeps asking me to wait without providing a solution.

Poor product quality, poor customer service and now a delayed refund. I strongly recommend potential customers think twice before ordering from Venum.
