1. How do I return my order if I have an account?

First of all, it is important to know that all returns are made to our logistics warehouse located in France at the following address:

Attention : Please note that no personalized products or custom gloves may be returned without the consent of our customer service department, otherwise no refund or reshipment of this product may be claimed.

Did you have the wrong item in your order ? The color of the product no longer suits you ?

Do you want to return all or part of your order ? Nothing complicated !

But first, some information to know :

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return request and send your package.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for fabric masks, mouthguards, shells, underwear, swimwear, personalized items, compression shorts and punching bags.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached.
  • Please keep your orders separate. Returning more than one order in a single package may delay your refund.

 

Do you meet these criteria ? If so, please follow the following steps to return all or part of your order :

 

 

Go to your “Order History”, then click on “Return my order”.

 

 

  • Select the items to return and the reason
  • Pay for the return transport label and benefit from our advantageous prices
  • Print the return transport label + as well as the product return document
  • Affix the return transport label to your package and attach the return document produced in your package

That's it, all you have to do is drop off your package with the carrier for the return of your items.

Keep an eye on tracking your returns. You will receive an email once we receive your returned item.

Once received, you will receive your refund within 10 days maximum and you will also receive an email to this effect.

 

2. How do I return my order if I don't have an account?

 

  • Fill in the “Merchant” field, if not already filled in: Venum EN
  • Enter your order number (don't forget the # in front of the order number)
  • Enter the first 3 letters of your surname


Examples and special features:
Les Chevaux : [LES]
Courcheville : [COU]
Le Guéant : [LE ] (fill in the space)
L'aiguille : [L' ] (include apostrophe and space)

  • Press continue
  • Select the items to be returned and the reason
  • Pay for the return shipping label and take advantage of our low prices
  • Print the return shipping label and the product return document
  • Affix the return transport label to your parcel and enclose the product return document in your parcel.

That's all there is to it, all you have to do is hand over your parcel to the carrier for the return of your goods.
Keep track of your returns. You'll receive an e-mail once we've received your returned item.

Once received, you will receive your refund within a maximum of 10 days, and you will also receive an e-mail to this effect.
