Think twice before ordering from Venum.

I have ordered Venum products several times in the past and have consistently found that the quality is disappointing considering the prices.

This latest order was returned to Venum after I refused delivery. The carrier's tracking confirms the return, but I am still waiting for my €63.50 refund.

I have contacted customer service repeatedly and have received nothing but delays and requests to wait.

Poor product quality, poor customer service and a refund that remains unpaid. My experience with Venum has been extremely disappointing, and I would advise future customers to think carefully before ordering.
