No minimum purchase amount is required to be eligible for the draw.

ARTICLE 4 – CONTEST MECHANICS AND ALLOCATION

The Contest is based on the physical "Instant Win" principle, like a "Golden Ticket". During the logistical preparation phase, 20 replica relics ("Sukuna's Fingers") will be slipped entirely at random into 20 eligible customer packages. In order to guarantee geographical fairness between the different "stores" of the venum.com website, the random distribution of the 20 relics is pre-allocated as follows:

  • Venum FR (France): 4 relics

  • Venum DE (Germany): 4 relics

  • Venum ES (Spain): 4 relics

  • Venum EU (Rest of Europe): 4 relics

  • Venum UK (United Kingdom): 2 relics

  • Venum IT (Italy): 1 relic

  • Venum NL (Netherlands): 1 relic

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

There are a total of twenty (20) winners. Each discovered relic entitles the winner to a single, indivisible prize consisting of:

  • One (1) year subscription to the Crunchyroll streaming platform, provided as a digital activation code (Estimated unit commercial value of €69.99 incl. VAT).

  • One (1) Venum gift card worth €150 incl. VAT, valid across the entire venum.com website.

The total value of a prize is therefore €219.99 incl. VAT. The total value of all prizes offered is €4,399.80 incl. VAT. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-modifiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

ARTICLE 6 – TERMS OF PRIZE AWARDING

The customer receiving a physical relic in their package does not need to take any specific action to claim their prize. When inserting the relic, the Organizing Company will identify the associated order number. Within 15 days following the dispatch of the winning package, the Venum team will directly contact the customer at the email address used to place the order to provide them with their two activation codes (Crunchyroll Subscription and Gift Card).

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

As part of the organization of this Contest, the Organizing Company uses the participants' personal data (email address, last name, first name, postal address associated with the order) solely for the purpose of managing the order and awarding the prizes. This data will not be kept for purposes other than those set out in the venum.com privacy policy. In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has a right of access, rectification, erasure, and opposition to the processing of their data, by writing to help-euro@venum.com.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, loss of the package by the carrier, or non-receipt of the email containing the codes (especially if it is filtered into the winner's spam/junk mail).

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in application or interpretation will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Organizing Company. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
