Please note that the return is the responsibility of the customer. (Venum does not pay for return shipping)




How to return ?

You have 30 days, from the day you receive your package, to return it to us.


RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

 

Please send an email to HELP-EURO@VENUM.COM indicating :

  • Your order number
  • Some explanations about your return request
  • Significant pictures of the product

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS


1/ Pack your items. If you don't have any packaging, this is not a problem: simply place your items in something non-transparent, sealable and waterproof.

2/ Fill in the paper form enclosed in your package or download it via the following link

3/ Select the reason for your return

4/ Choose the carrier of your choice and drop off your parcel with them.

5/ Keep an eye on the follow-up of your returns. You will receive an e-mail once we have received your returned item.

6/ Once received, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

Good to know...

 

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for cloth masks, mouth guards, shells, underwear, swimsuits, personalized items, compression shorts and punching bags.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached.
  • Please keep your orders separate. Returning more than one order in a single package may delay your refund.
