I got the Venum Elite Boxing Gloves a couple of months ago, and after a few training sessions I can say that I am very happy with them.

My hands do feel better protected, and so far I have been able to get more training sessions without getting that feeling that my hands need extra time to recover before the next one.

I got the 16 ounces version, because I like training with heavy gloves to develop on my shoulder endurance. I weighed them and they came out at exactly 465.0 grams. So they are a bit above the 16 ounces, which would be 453.592 grams. Since I was specifically looking for heavy gloves, this is perfect for me.

Both gloves also weigh exactly the same (465.0 grams), and this is the first pair of boxing gloves that I have bought in which it is the case.

A hole appeared in the inner lining after using them a few times, however don't think that is a big issue. Other than that all good.
